In the year 2005 saw its first expansion when the ECE course capacity was enhanced to 120 and an additional course in Bio Medical Engineering was introduced.
In the year 2006, the intake was further increased with the CSE course capacity being enhanced to 120 and an additional IT course was also introduced.
The year 2007 saw the introduction of Aeronautical Engineering with an intake of 60.
The next expansion was in 2012, when Mechanical Engineering was introduced with an intake of 120 and the course capacity of ECE was increased to 180.
Civil Engineering was introduced in the next year, in 2013, with an intake of 60.
